errors on url and flags

You don;’t have to add other languages and translate pages and posts.

I want you to help me fix errors and give me a detailed guideline.

theme : child based on aloma
aloma theme : competable with WPML

english : default language.
I made it with http://buylashglue.com/about-us/
and I added 3 language pages following youtube demo instruction ( new version )

but it doesn’t work.
I want to get the same url trginseng.com

buylashlgue.com/cn/about-us,
buylashlgue.com/about-us,

but it doesn’t work.

I’ve read your description :
If 2 posts has the same title wordpress automatically add a number at the end of permalink ( i.e. -2 ), the plugin will remove “extra number” but ONLY in frontend, in backend will be always visible!!!

these urls are created.

When I click flags and type url in address bar, it shows english contents.
I submitted each language contents.

can you help me to display the each langauge contents and the url structure like trginseng.com ?
