    Hello, I am having several issues with my WooCommerce store using RafflePlayWoo.

    1. Customers are not able to download the digital product (ticket artwork) after purchase. The download button does not appear or gives an error.
    2. Some customers show an incorrect summary in their account, appearing as if they purchased thousands or millions of orders, which is not real. The WooCommerce order list shows the correct number, but the customer overview is wrong.
    3. My site is experiencing 502 and 503 errors, especially during high traffic, and I want to confirm if the plugin may be causing heavy server usage.

    Can you please check if RafflePlayWoo is generating conflicts with:

    • WooCommerce downloadable products
    • Customer order history/overview
    • Performance during checkout

    I can provide temporary admin access if required.

    Hi @chickenn12

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We performed the tests and no issues were found with our plugin. We do not alter change other plugins, or create orders, the tickets are only generated based on the order status set in the general settings. Other than that the plugin has no impact on the website, or at checkout.

    You might have misconfiguration on your server, or the DNS server.
