    Hello

Initially, I had reCaptcha installed, but then I replaced it with hCaptcha. I don’t know how much time has passed, maybe 1 year, or maybe recently. The problem is that hCapcha appears on the feedback form and works correctly, but sometimes or if you update the page several times, the old re Capcha appears with the wrong key error.

I don’t know how it happens, but there is definitely a problem. If you return reCaptcha back, it is correctly displayed without errors.

I want to use hCaptcha, help me solve the problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @baf285,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my end. For your reference, I created this screencast.

Looking at the page source, I noticed you’re using the W3 Total Cache plugin. With that in mind, I recommend adjusting your settings using these two guides:

If the issue continues, please try using an incognito window without any browser extensions, as those can sometimes interfere.

I hope this points you in the right direction! Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

It’s very strange, but I make this mistake all the time https://i.postimg.cc/qMHYjN87/SCR-20250724-tpeo.jpg

Thank you, I’ll think about what to do with it on my own.

    Hi @baf285,

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot!

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my end using the Safari browser. From your screenshot, it looks like you might have some extensions enabled, which could be contributing to the problem.

Could you try opening a Private window (which disables extensions by default) and see if the issue still occurs? If you’re able to reproduce it there, please record a short video showing the steps. This will help us better understand what’s going on and provide more specific guidance.

    Thanks!

    Hi @baf285,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
