Hi @geekfarmer, thank you for reaching out!
The USPS API error indicates an issue with passing the shipment dimensions. I can see in the screenshots that they are saved in the method settings. Could you please re-enter the default package dimensions and save the settings? Does the product in your cart have its own dimensions?
Best regards,
Tomek
First, I really appreciate the help and narrowing it down to a dimension issue.
I did re-save default dimensions and tried again with no luck.
So, I’ve added screenshots to show:
the dimensions saved under the woo shipping option for the two products in the cart. All my products have info listing much like this. They all have default dimensions as well as more specific dimensions listed for each variation.
there is one screen shot of one of variations of one of the products listed
the updated live rates shipping options for Canada (but no rates are being returned for any country I tested other than the US)
shipping options for the US since these are working
updated shipping options set to match those for the US, but still are not working
Finally, I also installed another plugin that uses the rest api 3.0 and did get rates for countries other than the US, so that affirms again that my account should have access. That said, I have a strong preference for your product and would like to stick with you. And again, I really appreciate your help and your fast response on top of that is very impressive.
Thank you
Thank you for sharing the additional details and screenshots! Unfortunately, I’m not yet able to determine exactly what’s causing the issue.
Could you please contact us directly via the form at https://octolize.com/support/? This will allow us to look into the issue more thoroughly and help you resolve it. You can use the Pre-sale question option in the form, that’s enough to reach our support team.
Best regards,
Tomek
I did that. I can’t see how to get back to that message to add more information so I’m doing that here.
I thought it was just Canada, but that isn’t true. I wrote too soon, and forgot I had also reactivated the old plugin. There is still a problem and I have no new information.
