Errors When try to update plugins

    Ever since I have upgrade to WP 3.6 I’m having trouble updating plugins. Sometimes it work when I upload plugin through FTP and sometimes still get errors,

    Try to use WP auto reinstall and got this error,

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Core_Upgrader::init() in /home/e3n/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 1032

    For Plugins this errors (last time trying to update contact form 7)

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Plugin_Upgrader::init() in /home/e3n/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 427

    When try to update themes, this error,

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Theme_Upgrader::init() in /home/e3n/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 830

    Tired after deactivate all plugins but still same. plugin I have,

    Contact Form 7
    AA’s Digg Digg Alternative
    Google Analytics for WordPress
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Options Framework
    WordPress SEO

    Have the same problem in different blogs in different hosting accounts. Different themes too.
