[NSFW] Errors with permissions to create the backup

    I’m having trouble creating backups with BackWPup on my website.

    When I run the task that I have created and the plugin tries to create the .zip file, an error pops up in the log indicating that there are reading problems with a files. From there it’s all errors since you don’t follow the links you need to create the BackUp. The message tells me the following:

    [21-May-2022 09:25:01] 1. Tratando de hacer una lista de carpetas que guardar …
    [21-May-2022 09:25:18] ADVERTENCIA: Carpeta “/home/saramilley/www/wp-admin/Fox-C404/root” no permite su lectura.

    `I haven’t logged in to my site’s admin in a long time, but the last times I checked my backups some months ago everything was fine and I haven’t made any changes or modifications to the permissions since then.

    Can somebody explain me why this might be happening and how I can fix it?

    @saramolina
    You can just ignore the warning ^^, it noticed that BWU cannot backup the root folder, since this is a server’s folder so BWU has no permission to read it, that is why the warning shows up.

    So the backup is saved even if the warning has come out?
    If not, how do I ignore the warning and finish the backup?

    Anyway, I don’t know why this happens. The executed task was created and scheduled since I made my web page and until recently I had not gotten any errors.

    Should I change the settings of the scheduled task?

    yes you can just ignore the warning or contact the hoster so they will remove the folder /home/saramilley/www/wp-admin/Fox-C404/root for you
