Errors with the Learnpress addons for woocommerce plugin

I purchased the Woocommerce addons plugin plugin yesterday and have been having different errors so far.

I am trying to set the offline purchase of courses with the serial code sent to the client’s email. Yesterday, I made every step. The orders where completed, both in learnpress and woocomerce menus, and were associated to an email. I created an account with this email and the course were correctly displayed as enrolled, but, when I tried to access the curriculum, it was locked. So weird.

After trying few thins, like deleting all the orders in both places and registering again, also deleting the pluging and installing it again, even triying an old version, now I get another error, which is even worse… I make all the steps, the orders are correct, but when I register and enter the code (everytime with a new email, just if that was the problem), I get the message “invalid order key with Email!”. Of course, I’ve reviewed many many times that the email is the same as it appears in the order and that the orders are completed and linked between woocommerce and learnpress. I am stuck and a bit stressed out, since my client needs his web to work and I seem to make no progress.
