Hi @bajiourumbeth67
I hope you’re well today!
This is a known issue: when you don’t fill and submit the form correctly in “one go” – the error happens (e.g. if you make a mistake or if you simply decide to make changes after cancelling payment).
Currently, unfortunately, the form must be filled-in correctly right away and payment made. If you want/need to make changes to the form before actually completing payment, you need to reload the page with the form and complete the form again from scratch.
Our Forminator Team is already aware of this bug and developers are already working on a fix to be included with one of upcoming releases (though I don’t have ETA yet).
Kind regards,
Adam
ok adam thank you so much for replying. hope this issue will end after upcoming release. have a nice day
Has this been fixed? My site is doing this too.
Hi @ellenatwordpress
The fix is in the works and hasn’t been released yet, I’m afraid.
Please watch the changelog here
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/forminator/#developers
and once the fix is included, there’ll be a note about PayPal fix/improvement there.
Kind regards,
Adam
Hi @bajiourumbeth67,
I can confirm this will be fixed in the upcoming release v 1.27. Since we can acknowledge this will be fixed in the upcoming plugin update I’ll go ahead and mark it as resolved for now.
However, for any new feature updates, you can get updates on our progress by subscribing to our roadmap at https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/.
Once new versions are released, any pertinent changes will be described in the changelog, which you can find at:

Kind Regards,
Nithin
