Try increasing the memory available to PHP.

Have you contacted your hosts about increasing your site’s PHP memory? Right now you only have 33M available which is barely enough to run WordPress out of the box sans plugins.

You would need to change the admin email address within your site’s database using Phpmyadmin or whatever db management tool your hosts provide.
