eshop Additional Information field data

    Using eshop 6.2.12 and WordPress 3.3.1.

    I activated the Additional Information form fields by selecting Settings > eshop > Cart Options, and then No for Hide the Additional information form fields.

    During checkout, the Additional Information field appeared and I typed in some info and completed the order. I then expected that information to come through along with order details when I selected eshop > Orders. But it has not … what am I missing here?

    It comes through just fine for us. The PO is listed under Customer reference at the very top of the order details pane with the Cust Instructions appearing under Customer order comments: at the foot of the same pane.

    Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place … where is the “order details pane”?

    Try clicking on the customer’s link/email address in eShop->Orders.
