Essentials Addon 3.2.1 – Left Panel Not Loading

    Hi. This is similar to a previous thread highlighting the issue of the Left Side bar not loading (just keeps spinning) when uploading to v.3.2.1. The memory allocation is already set at 512M, and I’ve run other memory utilization tools and it only shows as 18M. I’ve disabled all widgets except for Advanced Tabs and it’s still spinning forever. Please advise.

    Hi @samuelwan

    Sorry to hear that you are having some troubles. Usually it could happen if you have insufficient memory and lots of plugins installed. 512M is more than enough allocation, I think it’s 18M set from php.ini file. Let’s check that first. You can get help from your hosting provider.

    Hello. Thanks for the follow-up. I’ve the following plug-ins installed below. I’ve tested on another sandbox and it does seem to load. Again, memory allocation is set at 512MB. So what might be causing this? We are running latest WP version and up-to-date PHP version.

    Hi @samuelwan I am having a similar problem with the side bar not loading (and I opened a support ticket). Does any older version work for you, perhaps version 2.9.8? I am hoping to help the admin get this resolved. Thanks.

    Have you tried increasing the Memory Limit to 512M? It should resolve this issue for now.
