Established wordpress.com wont transfer to ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello! I’ve tried to solve this problem myself with googling and watching all the tutorials available, but I’m just not having any luck. My website is running on wordpress.com. I bought the url from Go-Daddy, so I’m not sure if that’s what’s giving me issues. But it doesn’t seem like it should. I’ve been trying to migrate my established .com website and blog to ww.wp.xz.cn through BlueHost, but when I try to click through to the /wp-admin link it redirects me to (mywebsite).wordpress.com/wp-admin. I really would like to use ww.wp.xz.cn but I’m having a struggle. I want to reiterate that I’ve already followed all the tutorials online and I’ve cleared my cookies and browsing data but it’s still sending me to (mywebsite).wordpress.com/wp-admin
