My client asked me to provide multiple logins for his online grocery website, so I used the public press capabilities plugin, created a Shopkeeper role in it and gave it to client. While using the login for one hour after that he got establishing database error in browser and it stop working for hours after that, will you help to resolve this issue

Error establishing database connection is really generic error that could be not related to our plugin.
