    Can’t find a shortcode syntax reference for ET free…saw you referred users the large (non-searchable?) forum. If a syntax reference exists, would you please refer me to it?

    I have ET free running ok on 4.7.1 with Goodwork theme. Shows white background with small font — yawn. Don’t need all the fancy ET pro features — only need to see if your free version can meet my simple needs:

    Using the following shortcode so far:

    [testimonials_cycle timer=”15000″ transition=”fadeOut” container=’1′]

    My requirements are:
    -slider frame with frame width control
    -frame background color control
    -font face, size, and color control

    Here are my questions:
    -are any themes selectable with ET free? If so, please list them

    -client name and position show below testimonial block, left-justified. Any way to center or right-justify?

    -any way to change background color with ET free?

    -any way to increase font size with ET free?

    -would you please list which php file(s) ET free updates during plugin installation?

    -per one of your posts I tried appending the following to style.css but it had no effect:

    blockquote.easy_testimonial span, blockquote.easy_testimonial p{
    font-size: 22px !important;
    background-color: Bisque !important;
    }

    Hello!

    The best way to use our shortcodes is via the widgets on the editor interface. Click the Testimonials button above the editor, pick your desired output method and use the interface to pick your desired options. Since our documentation is not currently searchable, that would be your best solution I would think. Otherwise, you can read our documentation here: https://goldplugins.com/documentation/easy-testimonials-documentation/

    Yes, listed as Starter Themes on the examples page (and available for selection in the Free version of the plugin, if you install it for testing.) Dark, Light, Clean, and Default are your choices.

    -client name and position show below testimonial block, left-justified. Any way to center or right-justify?

    We don’t have positioning options available in the plugin, outside of picking a theme that may have them in a specific location.

    -any way to change background color with ET free?

    Only using Custom CSS, there isn’t a free feature to do this.

    -any way to increase font size with ET free?

    Only using Custom CSS, there isn’t a free feature to do this.

    -would you please list which php file(s) ET free updates during plugin installation?

    It could be literally any of them, depending on the update.

    The CSS to use on your site will potentially vary based upon the pre-existing CSS on your site. It could be you have something local that prevents that from working, it could be the CSS was applied incorrectly. With the information provided, it is difficult for me to know.
