I have setup Google Analytics within the EU and CAOS setup the WP integration.
Now I have done a GDPR compliance test (free service) with cookiebot.com which sends me the result after 20-30 minutes.

First of all, the mail says compliant with GDPR, but looking into the detailed PDF
report which is attached it shows me that EU data are sent to US for all 3 cookes (2 from CAOS and one from Google)

    Here is my report: https://dlgo.de/data_us.jpg

How can I make sure that the data are only send to EU and not to US?

The fact that data are sent to US is another issue why I will uninstall CAOS

To use Google Analytics, you have to send data to Google. If Google decides to place their server in the United States, that means we need to send the data to the United States.

Also, in your screenshot, right after the mention of United States you see ‘adequate’. One of the requirements for GDPR is that the personal data is transmitted to adequate countries only.

Because I was curious, I ran my own site through the Cookiebot scanner, and it found that my site was GDPR compliant (which I knew already), even though it’s using the same cookies generated by CAOS: https://imgur.com/a/4E7GVz0

And yes, they’re mentioned in the report as well, but both marked as ‘adequate’: https://imgur.com/a/UdMGcvO

Sorry to see you go, but I’m closing this as it is essentially a non-issue.
