    Hi,
    Is it possible to customize the invoice and show the following conditions?

    1. On the invoice show the price including VAT and then show the VAT separately for people in the EU and UK.
    2. For people outside the UK & EU, show the retail price (inclusive of VAT) but do not show the VAT on the invoice.

    For example:

    If the retail price is £48, then the VAT on that is £8
    The invoice for UK and EU customers would show £40 plus £8 VAT – EU VAT rules as well.

    Customers outside the UK and EU will pay £48 and the invoice will say that with no mention of the VAT.

    Thanks for your suggestion and sorry for the delay.
    No, currently it is not possible in our plugin. You will have to customize it to achieve your requirement. You can change the template which is located at WooCommerce-delivery-notes/templates/print-order/print-content.php
