Event Date/Location Document Panels

    After updating to WordPress 5.0 and running Magazine Hoot Premium theme, and after updating Event Post Plugin to the latest version, I can no longer see the “Event Date” or “Event Location” Document Panels. I have to show the Custom Fields panel and input dates as 2018-11-17 00:00:00 and location has to be put in with the longitude and latitude rather than a date picker and address.

    I have rolled back to the previous plugin to get the Document Panels back but now I cannot post any new events or update any previously created events.

    Please advise as to how to get the document panels back in the latest version.

    What an excellent plugin, enjoying using it very much.

    However, unfortunately after following the same process as outlined by @kittykata I also can no longer see the event details in the Document Panel. Using Twenty Nineteen theme on both local and online sites with the same outcome.

    I really do hope this can be resolved shortly Event Post is such a joy to use compared to other convoluted and many poorly supported alternatives.

    i have the same problem on various pages with WP 4.9.8. After downgrading to Eventpost 5.1 everything works again.

    Yeah, downgrading to 5.1 works, just like @dombucheli mentions.

    I hope they fix this bug.
