Event delete not working

    Hi, I have installed the event addon but past events are not automatically deleted unless I use the tool on geodirectory.
    Instead the recurring events even if they have some past dates when they are canceled?

    Hi,

    Events are never canceled automatically by the plugin.
    Their status change to past and in the frontend they are only visible if you filter events by past.

    Hi thanks for the reply.
    How can I not filter past events?
    Do I need to put some settings?

    In GeoDirectory > Settings > Events

    make sure the Default event filter is set to Upcoming.

    It should be by default.

    Does their state change in the past and do they disappear soon after the event is over or after a day?
    Because now I am 00: 40 pm on December 3rd and two events that ended on December 3rd at 00:30 are still visible.
    While the previously visible events of December 1st and 2nd have disappeared.

    Hello,

    Event status filter uses day to find whether event is past or today or upcoming. Event moves to past after the end of the day.

    For example: If the event ends on 1st Dec at 5 PM then it moves to past on 2st Dec on and till then it will show in today/upcoming events list.
