Updating the plugin is a critical part of fixing any outstanding bugs or security issues. Still facing the same issue, where the event information is only showing the title. I’ve watched loads of you tube videos but am just totally stuck as to how to rectify this issue.
Got it.
Start by going to My Calendar > Settings > Display.
Find the section labeled ‘Event Display Fields’. Under ‘Main View (Popup or List)’, what items are checked off for display?
If there are several items checked off, but they aren’t showing, check whether there’s a custom template being used: My Calendar > Design; Templates tab. Is ‘Grid’ listed as enabled?
