Event email reminders

    Hi, I have enabled the pro plugin’s customisable emails feature and also the email reminders feature, and these are working well in pro Version 2.6.4. But I only see a space to enter one generic reminder email template. Have I missed the option to override this default reminder email with a customisable email that’s composed and stored with each event? I would like the reminder email to contain some additional information only visible to event subscribers – like detailed arrangements applicable to only this event.

    First please enable this option:

    Thanks for the reply Imran,
    Please could you confirm that the steps you suggest include a customisable reminder email.
    In my original post I state that I have customised emails already enabled and working well.
    My issue is that I don’t see a per-event override option for the reminder email.

    I am currently struggling with exactly the same issue as dmajwool – I can’t find any way to customise reminder emails for specific events. Help!

    At the moment Event email reminder is not yet available per event.

    Is there a mechanism for adding per event reminders as a development request?

    There is a similar request already in the pro forum, however, we don’t have eta at the moment.
