Event Reminder Plugin – Help

    Hi,
    I’m looking for a plugin that will act as an MOT reminder for customers.

    A form should be placed on the website which will allow customers to enter their email and MOT expiry date. Then reminders should be sent 3 times prior to the expiry date (1 month before, 1 week before and on the day).

    Does anyone know what plugin I can use for this?
