    Hi,

The event status cannot be changed—for example, an event is currently set to “planned”—if I change it to ‘cancelled’ or “postponed,” this status is not saved, and it remains “planned.”

    Thx for your feedback

    Hi @webmark487

    Thanks for reaching out.

To confirm, are you referring to the Event Status settings? You can see an example here: https://share.zight.com/Jru9Z1yp

If so, this issue may be related to a plugin or theme conflict. I recommend running a conflict test on a staging version of your live site. If you don’t have a staging site yet, you can use the WP Staging plugin to create one easily.

Let me know how it goes.

yes, it´s about the Event Status settings

it works – I just confused it with the status of the event (planned, pending review, draft).

What effect does the Event Status have? Does the class change?
For what is it? Can I filter the events by that status?

    Hi @webmark487

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to filter your calendar by event status by default.

    • Scheduled– Will list if the event is Scheduled
    • Canceled– Will display the word Canceled at the top of your event page; you can opt to include a reason if you prefer.
    • Postponed– Displays a Postponed label on your event; can include a reason if you’d like.
