I have recently updated the plugin for 5.1.4 to 5.2.2. We have since had reports that the time of events on the confirmation emails is being shown as an hour ahead of the time set up on the website (e.g. 10am rather than 9am). This was not the case before the updates.

The site timezone is set to London and the events are in May (when we will be an hour ahead in BST). I have checked on a test site and the time is shifting when set to London, but not when set to UTC+0.

We are using the Woo emails not the plugin ones.

    Hello @aamahin

I have checked it out on my test system and the time is now reporting correctly in the email, thank you. I have noticed that the date has lost it’s formatting – it used to be rendering as “May 22, 2026” which is the format set for the site. It is now showing as “2026-05-22”. This is not as big an issue as people will still turn up at the tight time!

Thank you for finding and sorting out the original issue.
