Thank you for your help with my previous question… another question for you now.
I see that because I didn’t have a time column, it defaults to 12am..I’ll look at adding the start time for everything in our AirTable and re-importing that.
But, is there a way to remove the end time so it doesn’t show that?

As for removing the end time, you will still need the event end time with your imports; however, its display can be controlled in Events -> Settings -> Display (tab) -> Date & Time (sub-tab) -> Remove event end time.

Thank you for your message and apologies for the confusion. Please find my remarks below.
I checked each of the options, but still see it when adding a new event. I haven’t actually added a new event yet, but will check it out in greater detail when I have a little more time.
The Remove event end time option will only remove the event end time on the front end. As the event end time is a required field, this still needs to be populated on the admin dashboard.

This may sound far-fetched, but this could be due to the type of event editor you’re using. Do you have Activate Block Editor for Events enabled in Events -> Settings -> General (tab) -> Editing (sub-tab)?

At the step prior to the actual import (Import preview), you should have the option on which category to assign the imported events to, see https://www.loom.com/i/f6331e7e44b3400e8c8a2438264e89d5.

With regards to the end time not being visible on the public side, that is fine. Thanks for the clarification.
No, I don’t have “Activate Block Editor for Events” enabled… I don’t use any block editing on the site at all actually.
For the event image, it shows the filepath of the image in the preview, but that is it… the images are not showing up and it is kind of making the import almost useless if it won’t add the image properly.
And thank you for pointing out the category drop down…. my yes didn’t even notice that before.

Good day,
I am following up on this request ticket. Do you know why the images wouldn’t import from AirTable to your plugin successfully by chance?
I can see the URL of the image path in the preview, but nothing in my media library nor on the event page either.
Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your message.
For the image that wasn’t imported, could you please share one of the image URLs included in your CSV file? I’d like to run a quick test on my end to see what’s happening.
In many cases, this type of issue occurs when the server hosting the image is blocking external access, which prevents WordPress from fetching and importing it properly during the CSV import process.
Once I have a sample URL, I can check it more closely and help pinpoint the cause.

Thanks for your response.
It looks like the image URL in your CSV sample is returning an expired response, which is likely why the image isn’t being imported on your end.
To confirm this, could you try replacing one of the image URLs with an image that’s hosted directly on your WordPress site, then re-run the import? This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the external image URL itself.

I am trying to think of how I can import all the calendar data and images in one action, but I understand what you’re saying, and with you the plugin works, what you’re saying makes sense. But it is looking like this is going to still come down to manually uploading each image to the site and then copying and pasting the URL (from the site) to AirTable before I can do that…. A little more cumbersome than I’d like, but I’ll try it out in a small test and see how it goes.
