Event title error

    Very strange problem with russian events titles. It doesn`t allow me to enter event title “Интегративная тантра” and “Гастроли балета Грузии”, giving “Error: The event title must be between 1 and 30 characters in length”, but “Тантра” and “Гастроли балета” turns out OK for the event title, spelled with the same russian letters.
    What could it be? Site is http://365.crimea.ua/

    The issue is not the letters so much but how many characters the regexp thinks each letter is made up of. With non-western characters this can be more than 1, so while the limit is 30 western characters for an event title, the limit becomes shorter for other character sets.

    I’m working on a fix generally for the character limit as it’s a widely requested thing, so this will in turn fix your issue by lifting the limit.

    If you’re a dab hand at coding yourself then you can fix your problem by altering the code to lift the character limit yourself.
