Hi!
Thanks for your question.
As a first thing to try, can you check the configuration of your caching plugins? This section of the documentation explains that certain caching settings can block some pixel events from running.
Can you identify which of the warnings given on this page is the one you saw in your Pixel Helper? – https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/support/pixel-helper
Can you navigate to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs and tell us if there are any fatal or critical errors relating to the Facebook extension?
Finally please disconnect and reconnect the plugin then test again. If the behaviour persists, please also reply here with a confirmation of the Facebook for WooCommerce version number.
It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Dear Victoria, many thanks for helping, but now i deinstalled the plugin and build up the facebook api directly in the google tag manager.
No problem at all – thanks for letting us know and I’m glad you found a solution.
If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread. Bye for now!
