Event widget gives error with WPML

    Hi There,

    As already wrote in my previous post, the plugin is giving an error in coöp. with WPML.

    he error i’m getting is:

    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/develop/domains/wedesignyourbrand.nl/public_html/operafamilia/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.class.php on line 5609

    If I look into the troubleshooting of WPML it’s says it can’t find the the_category_name_filter. Somehow the post_type is not recognized.

    When I use the troubleshooter of WPML and force the type to post, the error is gone. So as all of my events. Biiiiiggg bummer..

    When I try to add or edit an event i get:

    Do you have any idea how to fix this? No other plugin had any problems with WPML?

    are you using Events Manager and WPML Compatibility already? also, how about disabling other plugins just to narrow down the problem and make sure that this isn’t a plugin conflict?

    whilst there are some issues with WPML and EM even with the compat plugin, I don’t think this is one of them based on the error you pasted.

    I’d suggest you bring this up with WPML’s forum because they can prevent this error from firing on that line somehow.
