• Hi

I would like a list of events on my home page that can be searched by location. It’s been 2 weeks and I have still not managed to create a simple list of events, Numerous tutorials and installing of themes and plug-ins and I really need advice please.

I have managed to create a venue, link it to an event but where is this event? it does not appear in the top nav?

I am using Kadence and the events theme. I do have an alert on my page that states
Warning: The Events Calendar REST API endpoints are not accessible! This may be due to a server configuration or another plugin blocking access to the REST API.
Please check with your hosting provider or system administrator to ensure that the below is accessible:

Have you looked into that yet?

You may also find information under Tools > Site Health. Your host’s support team will certainly be able to help you with this.

Otherwise, I would recommend contacting the support forum for “The Events Calendar”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/the-events-calendar/

I see your REST API is showing json output so it’s kind of accessable to me. This is the output I am getting when I enter to your provided url: https://prnt.sc/4GNjvnSAtZEL

Yes, it would be technically possible for the request to fail from your own WordPress. What is the result of my two tips above? What does your host’s support team say about this?
