Well, I did find a feed. Let’s say I’ve created an event category called national. The url would be: http://somedomain.com/wordpress/category/event-cat/national/feed/
The only problem being the custom fields for date and location are not included in the feed. So that’s disappointing.
I’ve tried customizing my theme’s functions.php file to add something to the feed, but I’ve only been successful adding it to the rss feed and not the atom feed, which is what I want. And I’ve only been successful at modifying the main feed, not the category feed.
So I’m still without a solution.

Hi,
Listing events using the archive template of your theme is not supported yet. So yes, events are displayed without custom meta fields. I will try to include this in next plugin version.

Thanks, Guido for the info. It’s still a great plugin.
Unfortunately my client now says we don’t need that feature, but I will remember it for other projects.
