I installed The Events Calendar plugin. I selected the option to display the events in the main blog loop among the standard posts. I can see these events but there are some problems:
    – the events are not formatted like the normal posts: the frame is missing
    – the event category is not displayed
    – the publishing date is the one of the last modification

The upcoming events widget is also enormous: so high than 6 heights of my screen even if I have only one event in it.

Do these issues come from incompatibility of the plugin with my theme zeeMinty?

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues here and the delay in us getting to it.

It looks to be theme compatibility causing the issue and that is beyond the support we can provide.

You can try to use your browser inspector and create new css to get it to look the way you would like.

We might be able to help out on one of those if you get stuck, but not all.

    Thanks

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for your answer.

I think my theme causes these problems. I already solved very easily the display issue of the widget by removing “<?php tribe_events_event_classes() ?>” in line 40 of src/views/widgets/list-widget.php once moved in my theme.

I’ve still have to solve the display of events in the articles loop…

Sounds good, glad you found a workaround.

Good luck on getting the rest done.
