Events Manager Location Creation

    Hi guys,

    This is pretty specific, so stick with me.

    When adding events via WPEA onto events manager, the location is automatically created and published before I even edit and publish the imported event. Because of this, I cannot edit the location and if there are errors, I must find and delete the bad location and make a new one with the correct details, then add it to the imported event.

    As you can see, this is very tedious and leads to many duplicate locations. So, is there a setting or any other way I can prevent the location from publishing until I publish the event it correlates with?

    You need to customize the plugin to stop creating a location. We have resolved this in website support so closing here.

    Could you link me to the solution? It’s more of a suggestion for how to improve your plugin anyway, not as much of a custom feature. There is no reason to publish one thing before the other. It only creates problems.
