Hi @bipolab,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble! I’m happy to help troubleshoot this with you to see what’s happening.
First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugins. Once you’ve done that, will you please follow the steps outlined in this article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Let’s start there and see what we find!
Hello Caroline
thanks for answering.
I’ve tried all the things you have suggested and I’m pretty sure that there are no conflicts.
Actually I had to activate event aggregator instead of Facebook plugin.
But now I’m stuck since Aggregator is asking me to access my facebook page.
I AM NOT the owner of the site so it is useless to access my own PRIVATE page.
Site owner does not follow all the venues that have events planned. And he would prefer not to link his account to the site.
Moreover he is not able to manage wp backed so I should ask him his facebook account details and it is not a good idea.
Any suggestion?
Hi @bipolab,
I’d suggest having your client connect their Facebook page on the back end, or get their credentials. That’s the only way to connect it unfortunately. You can use a screencast video to walk them through the process, and I use SnagIt by Tech Smith, that works really well for my clients. 🙂
Let me know if you need some help once you get the connection set up!
Best,
Shelby 🙂
