Hello, I am having a problem with Events Ticket. Based on a thread I found here (with Darian), I confirmed that it is the Cache problem – when I disable, I can use the quantity of ticket (by increasing the arrow up) and can click on Buy Ticket. However, I have WP Optimize and underneath that in the WordPress dashboard, there are Cache and Minify. Under Minify, I added the following in settings to remove Event Tickets from caching: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/(.*).css (under the CSS settings) and
/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/(.*).js (under the Java setting). But it did not work. I am not sure what I did wrong. Can you please help? The page is: https://rohilia.com/event/yoga-for-beginners/#tribe-tickets__tickets-form

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nada1rohilia

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Let me help you with this one.

Could you try configuring your WP Optimize plugin based on the recommended settings provided in our knowledgebase article, and see if that resolves the issue?

Let me know how it goes.
