Events Tickets Shortcode

Trying to eliminate a message that comes with a shortcode when cart is empty. The code I am using is [tec_tickets_checkout]. I seem to need the shortcode so my tickets appear in the cart.

The message that appears when the cart is empty, that I am assuming is connected to the shortcode makes little sense and I would like to know how to delete or replace it.
