Every few hours something changes text body

    I am using Apache, Elementor, fastest cache, autooptimize, cloudflare and simple hello theme. I have the web alert app on my phone and I keep getting alerts every few hours that my site has changed. When I see the changes it appears to be letter spacing of certain words and only a few words. Seems to be the first word of a paragraph (where I have the capital letter stand out feature turned in) but also a few in the middle so I’m not sure what keeps making the changes or why they go back. Anyone seen this before? I read somewhere constantly changing your page effects your seo, would this do that?

    I tried to use the free elementor at first but later upgraded.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
    It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
    On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
