Every second request page loaded correctly

The AWS makes page load some code every odd click on a link. It results in this peculiar behaviour: say a caret in the top nav appears every second nav link request is completed. Some of my custom post type queues are rendered in the DOM correctly every second click.

How can this be fixed?
