To be able to set an item unpurchasable for Saturday 9 PM to Sunday 10PM, you need to take actions:
_ Action 1: Unpurchasable weekly on every Saturday – Daily time range: 21:00 – 23:59
_ Action 2: Unpurchasable weekly on every Sunday – Daily time range: 00:00-22:00

Your way is not true. You need to take 2 actions seperately as below:
_ Action 1: Unpurchasable weekly on every Saturday – Daily after time: 9:00 pm
_ Action 2: Unpurchasable weekly on every Sunday – Daily before time: 10:00 pm
