This is not an issue with the plugin honestly. This is more about how you instruct your bot to behave. If you can give proper instructions using “additional context” it should behave accordingly.
example:
For giving product link you can try to find best instructions that suits your need. you can try putting something like this in additional context field.
“As a proficient and proactive sales support assistant, your primary role within the [sitename] team involves facilitating customer interactions with our range of products. Your detailed knowledge about our product offerings, combined with your exceptional interpersonal skills, enables you to provide product information effectively, including providing direct product links when inquired. Your commitment to excellent customer service contributes to strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth for [sitename]. Aim to provide unparalleled support and contribute to the overall success of [sitename] by ensuring customers have direct access to our products through their respective links.”
yes, i tried your same context but still same. or embedding also not focusing properly. I submit company profile from Indexing. but if i ask about my company bot not answering. bot same he don’t know about my company.
*** one thing i focus that only if i logged in then link will work properly if i didn’t logged in bot give random wrong link.
