    Hi,

    When the Wordfence plugin was upgrade, the MySql server has written a log message like this.

    160623 17:48:49 [ERROR] Slave SQL: Error ‘Duplicate column name ‘permanent” on query. Default database: ‘kangpele_334’. Query: ‘alter table wp_wfBlocks add column permanent tinyint UNSIGNED default 0’, Error_code: 1060

    Hello wolfkang,
    I think this error only appears on specific setups. Could you do me a favor and send me a diagnostics report of your system?

    Go to Wordfence “Diagnostics” page and at the bottom click the button that says “Send Report by Email”. Change the prefilled address to [email protected] and please provide your username so I know who the mail is coming from.
