It seems that Redirection is logging every visit to the website as a 404. No 404 errors are being loaded. Google Analytics shows that the 404 page isn’t being viewed. So, something is happening and I’m not sure what. I’ve tried updating all of the plugins, clearing the object cache and the page cache, and even saving the permalink settings to ensure that something funky isn’t happening with the url. Nothing seems to be fixing the problem. Any suggestions?

We have been communicating over email. I’m not sure why you need to also ask the same question here?

So as I mentioned in the email, the plugin only reports a 404 when WordPress thinks it is a 404. You will need to investigate why this should be the case. For example, maybe a plugin or theme is loading the page in an unusual way and changing the status afterwards.
