We have hosted a live meeting and all went very well, but everyone had access to tools such as ‘record’ and ‘kick’ – is this correct?

We obviously want to restrict some of these to admins!

  • yes same here.. Other issue, how to paramater setting ?
    exemple for CLOSE_PAGE_GUEST_HINT: false,

    Hi,

yes, at the moment everyone has the same permissions. However, I will check if this is supported by Jitsi Meet and I will add it into the plugin in the next version.

    Thanks,

    Thanks for the update.

Any update about the permissions? That’s the only “problem” i’m having with it, besides that, it’s a GREAT pluging, thak you very much.

I managed to make the one who starts the meeting to become the only moderator but still cant make the group organizers and moderators be moderators by default in any meeting.

That’s enough for me by now, how did you do that? Can you help me?

    Hello rami33awad,

do you host your own jitsi meet server installation? Based on a quick look I just had it seems this is not possible when using the https://meet.jit.si/ that most people do.

Could you share some more info please ?

    Thanks,
    Themis
