Everything disappeared

Hi, in my blog everything was fine until this morning… First a category disappear problem, while a tried to solve it, every post on my blog disappeared. The category appeared again, but now the whole theme graphic is crashed.
I don’t know what happened, because I didn’t install any plugin before this issue.
My wordpress version is 3.4.2 IT
