I would really appreciate it if you give us some screenshots/URL of your error message so that we can check the crashing error message on your website and provide you the solution for this? If you already created a support ticket on our support channel, you can give us the ticket number as well so that we can check.
Regarding the 8 free blocks, I’m not sure what you’re talking about. May I know where you’re seeing this? We have over 50+ FREE WIDGETS AND COUNTING. Please have a look at this page: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/compare/

I’m assuming you’re getting confused with another plugin since you’ve created a topic here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/problem-issue/
I can see that their website name contains “essentialplugin” which may confuse you with our plugin name. They have an 8 layouts on their plugin. Please have a look at this: https://d.pr/i/LuEPhD
