Evolve on phone

Hi !
I try to make my website responsive for phone, but I have a problem..
Maybe because I am using Visual composer ?

On the bottom of this page, I have a link “voir tout le site” (= see all website).

And when I click on it, I have my website like I want :

How can I do for having directly my website like this 3rd picture ?
