    The plugin generates a form with only the cardnumber, expiry date and CSN; without a customer name these show as rejected in the admin:

    “Eway payment failed – EWAY_CARDHOLDERNAME Required Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

    Is there a way to add the name into the form?

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
