I have been speaking to E way this is the message the support person told me to say

The way WooCommerce is integrated with our gateway is using ‘Transparent Redirect’, which is a three step process.
1. your website server requests a unique ‘access code’ for the customer’s transaction

2. the access code is generated on our end and passed back to your website server, which will initiate the payment form to be displayed (where customers enter in their credit card details), the card details are then submitted against the access code

3. your website server queries a response to the access code to display the result to the customer
it appears that your integration is pending on step 2, the access code is being returned but no card details are being submitted against the access code
We recommend reaching out to WooCommerce directly for further assistance in determining why no details are being submitted against the access code.

you can outline the steps I have shared with you above and indicate that there are no card details being submitted to eWAY’s gateway for the access codes

resulting in all transactions sitting in our logs as “99 – incomplete”

We are Eway plugin updates we are using our own theme, We never had a problem with this until now is they any other way we can resolve this issue?
