I’m using eWAY Payment Gateway Plugin is it possible recurring payment using WooCommerce Subscriptions (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/). Please Help

No, this plugin only supports single payments. For subscriptions, you should look at the WooCommerce integration:
