Hi, @fidoboy.
Glad you reached out. I can help you with that.
I’ve tested GiveWP with WebP images and it loaded properly, so I think I need to understand a bit more about what you are trying to do.
Also, if you are trying to lazyload images, this can also cause problems. The reason that GiveWP form images don’t play nicely with lazyloading is related to how they load in general, which in the case of the Multi Step Form template is within an iframe. Lazy-loading plugins likely will have trouble with lazy-loading any images that appear within an iframe.
Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!
Thanks for your rapid answer. Yes, as you said, I’m using lazyloading for images and my be it’s interferring with this. But the displayed error is about the WebP JS loader. The page having problems contains a Give form embeded as iframe. And it’s inside the iframe where the console log error raises. Can’t understand why or if there is any way to disable the WebP JS loader inside iframes.
Kind regards,
The error displayed into the console is:
Uncaught ReferenceError: ewww_webp_supported is not defined
Hi, @fidoboy.
I understand. In this case, the team behind EWWW is better equipped to help you because they will be able to help you find a way to disable it for iframes.
