Example and disabling cookies

Can someone give a link example that is implementing GDPR with this addon?

Also, we can set some cookies to be disabled, but how they can be actually disabled. On wordpress we can use a lot of cookies comming from different addons. I can understand what cookies are being used, and I can easily set it on the fron end of this addon to be disabled… but if a user choose to disable one of them, how are you (users of GDPR) actually disabling it? Are you disabling the addon that creates that cookie?
