You can see one on http://wpinject.com/ at the bottom right corner (the photo there was inserted with WP Inject). The attribution is completely customizable in the settings.
Marking this as resolved but feel free to ask if you have more questions (or problems).
Hi Thomas,
Sorry for being late in checking out the thread.
After looking at the example you provided, I think that the attribution is clearly insufficient for my needs as I’m following these guidelines:
Thanks anyway!

Hi again,
After some thinking, your plugin is targeted at the Flickr database which could have different rules for attribution.
So, forget about my [double yes, sorry] previous post.
Have a good day.
Hi,
WP Inject is using almost exactly what is listed as “This is a pretty good attribution” by default in your link here: http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Marking/Users ( “Photo by User” + link to the photo and a icon with details on the license and a link to it).
You could easily modify the attribution setting on the WP Inject options page to get to the “This is an ideal attribution” listing from the link.
A good day to you too!
Just noticed the CC-icon is not part of the example I showed you on wpinject.com – it was added in a patch. Sorry for the confusion, I should update that.
Thanks Thomas for the additional information.
Now thinking your plugin will then be helpful.
